Shift: US & Canada Shift (Night Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Website & Digital Marketing Sales Executives targeting clients in the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, sales, and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
The Team Leader will be responsible for driving team performance, monitoring sales activities, mentoring executives, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Website & Digital Marketing Sales Executives.
- Strong Closing skills. Drive sales of:
- Website Development Services
- SEO Services
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & PPC Campaigns
- Branding & Online Promotion Services
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead generation, and conversions.
- Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle escalated client discussions and negotiations.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and conversion rates.
- Maintain sales reports, team KPIs, and management MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Development teams for project closures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of website development and digital marketing services.

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Website Sales or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Minimum 3 year of Team Handling experience.
- Experience selling to US and Canada clients preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B sales and international outbound processes is an advantage.
