We're looking for someone who wants to build a brand from day one—not just manage social media.
About the Role
As our Brand & Content Marketing Lead, you'll work directly with the founder to shape the voice, personality and visual identity of the company.
You'll create content that people genuinely want to watch, document the journey of building the brand, develop campaigns that drive community engagement and establish us as one of Indore's most exciting retail concepts.
This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands internet culture and isn't afraid to experiment with new ideas.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall brand and content strategy.
- Build a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all platforms.
- Position the business as a lifestyle destination rather than a traditional grocery store.
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content.
- Create founder-led content documenting the journey of building the business.
- Produce product photography, lifestyle imagery and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write captions, blogs, newsletters and campaign copy.
Social Media & Community
- Manage all social media platforms.
- Build and engage an online community.
- Develop influencer and creator partnerships.
- Plan and execute community events, product launches and in-store activations.
Performance
- Track content performance and engagement.
- Analyse customer insights and social media analytics.
- Continuously optimise content strategy based on performance.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding or content creation.
- Is highly creative with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Can independently shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos.
- Has a strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and digital content trends.
- Is proactive, organised and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Is excited about building a brand from the ground up.
Experience in food, retail, hospitality, lifestyle or D2C brands is a bonus but not essential.

- Establishing the founder and the brand as recognisable names in Indore.
- Driving store visits through storytelling rather than traditional advertising.

Final Round
An in-person interview with the founder to discuss your experience, ideas and vision for the brand.
Location Requirement
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Candidates should either be currently based in Indore or willing to relocate before joining.
