We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Telesales & Student Counsellor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with students, building relationships, and guiding individuals toward the right learning opportunities while supporting day-to-day office operations.
What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective students over phone and respond to their enquiries.
- Understand individual learning goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate appointments, counselling sessions, and walk-in visits.
- Build relationships with colleges and educational institutions to generate student engagement opportunities.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using Excel or CRM tools.
- Support routine administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports and update management on lead status and conversions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, education counselling, customer service, admissions, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with students and parents.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
