We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Position: Executive Chef
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Develop innovative menus and culinary offerings.
- Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with F&B and Sales teams for banquets and special events.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of culinary experience in hospitality.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Banquet operations.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
