Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Sealing Operator to join our alcohol manufacturing unit. The Line Sealing Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring bottle sealing machines to ensure proper sealing, product safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate bottle sealing machines and related packaging equipment.
- Ensure proper sealing of bottles as per quality standards.
- Monitor production lines and report any faults or irregularities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
- Inspect sealed bottles for leaks, defects, or damage.
- Assist in machine setup and adjustments when required.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain daily production records and logs.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: High School / ITI / Equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging line is an advantage.
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
