The Role:
We're looking for a videographer who sees stories before they see shots.
Someone who can walk into a café, a farm, a workshop, a founder's office or a community gathering and instinctively know what moments are worth capturing. This role goes beyond filming—it requires observation, storytelling and an understanding of how brands connect with people.
What You'll Do:
- Shoot and edit content for social media, campaigns, brand films and digital platforms.
- Capture authentic moments, people, processes and experiences that bring brand stories to life.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels and other digital formats.
- Work closely with strategists, writers, designers and clients to translate ideas into visual stories.
- Plan shoots, create shot lists and manage production requirements.
- Stay updated with evolving content formats, trends and storytelling techniques.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in videography, filmmaking, content creation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Ability to shoot and edit independently.
- A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, not just technical execution.
- Understanding of social-first content and platform-specific formats.
- Curiosity about people, culture, food, hospitality, art and community-led brands.
Bonus Points If You:
- Are comfortable directing founders, customers or non-professional talent on camera.
- Have worked with food, hospitality, FMCG, lifestyle or culture-led brands.
- Understand how to create content that feels authentic rather than overly produced.
- Have basic motion graphics or animation skills.
