Ooru Healthcare is a maternal wellness platform that supports mothers during pregnancy and the first 40 days after childbirth through personalized guidance and expert care.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to be stationed at one of our partner hospitals in Hyderabad. This role involves engaging with expecting and new mothers, introducing them to Ooru's services, explaining our programs and pricing, and helping them choose the right support plan.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, confident, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable with consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Be stationed at the partner hospital during working hours.
- Interact with mothers and families referred by doctors and hospital staff.
- Explain Ooru's services, programs, and pricing.
- Guide families through the enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the Ooru team for smooth onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hospital staff.
- Maintain records of enquiries, enrollments, and daily activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, counselling, healthcare, or hospital coordination.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic digital tools.
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is an advantage:
- Healthcare or hospital sales
- Patient counselling
- Hospital front office or patient relations
- Wellness or maternity services
- Customer relationship management
