Role Summary
A commercial role combining order coordination, customer follow-up, and payment recovery for our pharma marketing business. The executive is the voice of the company on the phone with distributors and online customers — taking repeat orders, opening new parties, chasing quotations to closure, and recovering outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling existing distributors and parties for repeat orders Payment recovery: following up on outstanding amounts by phone, tracking ageing, and reconciling against the accountant's ledger. Following up on quotations until they close — keeping a live quotation tracker. Sending product photos, catalogues, and price lists to parties over WhatsApp and email. Opening new parties: outbound intro calls, sending introduction messages, and growing the active-party count month on month.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Pharma
Working knowledge of Excel. Clear spoken Hindi and functional English; confident, persuasive phone manner. Discipline with follow-up, records, and numbers. WhatsApp Business and email for B2B outreach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
