The primary responsibilities of a Business Development Officer (BDO) include:
- Identifying New Business Opportunities: Researching and analyzing market trends, industry developments, and potential clients or partners to generate new leads and expand the company's customer base.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, prospects, and partners to foster long-term business growth.
- Developing Strategic Plans: Creating and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's goals to increase revenue and market share.
- Conducting Market Research: Gathering intelligence on competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to inform decision-making and identify areas for growth.
- Preparing and Delivering Presentations: Presenting proposals, pitches, and product/service information to prospective clients or partners convincingly.
- Negotiating Contracts and Deals: Facilitating negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that benefit the organization.
- Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure successful project execution.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking progress of development activities, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Attending Networking Events: Participating in industry events, conferences, and seminars to increase the company's visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding set business development and sales objectives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
