senior Sales Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team at House Banao. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, converting prospective clients, and promoting the company’s home construction, interior design, renovation, and turnkey project services.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a strong understanding of customer handling and sales strategy. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage clients professionally and contribute toward achieving company sales targets.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate leads for residential construction, home interiors, office interiors, and renovation projects.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, digital platforms, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, budgets, and expectations.
- Present and explain company services, pricing, and project execution processes to clients.
- Convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Provide consultation regarding construction packages, design solutions, and project planning.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain long-term engagement.
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
Sales Operations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams for smooth project discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Track project inquiries and monitor conversion rates.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in construction and interior design industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with the sales, design, and execution teams.
- Support junior sales executives and guide them in lead handling and client communication.
- Participate in business development meetings and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in ( Construction Industry)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
