About the Role:
Rozana is looking for a creative and enthusiastic in-house Video Editor & Photographer who can manage end-to-end visual content creation for our social media and marketing activities. The role involves capturing high-quality photos and videos during store visits, campaigns, and brand activities, along with editing engaging content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photographs and videos during store visits, campaigns, and on-ground activities.

Create engaging reels, short videos, promotional content, and social media creatives.

Edit raw footage into professional-quality videos suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Ensure consistency in brand visuals, storytelling, and content quality across all channels.

Cover real-time customer interactions, store highlights, and campaign moments.

Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning and execution.

Maintain and organize media assets including videos, photographs, and edited files.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing and photography.

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools.

Basic understanding of lighting, camera handling, framing, and audio.

Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific content formats.

Willingness to travel for store visits and on-ground shoots.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail, FMCG, or social media content creation.
Understanding of reel creation, motion graphics, and short-form content editing.
