Designation: Project Coordinator
Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the effective implementation of operational processes across various business functions and modules. The role involves conducting continuous follow-up and process reviews to verify adherence to established systems, procedures, and operational standards.
The Project Coordinator will act as a process monitoring and compliance resource by identifying execution gaps, operational deviations, delays, and process inefficiencies, while ensuring corrective actions are initiated and tracked to closure. The position also includes preparing structured progress reports, highlighting risks and challenges, and providing timely updates to management to support operational efficiency and process discipline across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Process Monitoring:
● Monitor and follow up on the implementation of process improvements and operational controls across departments.
● Ensure all approved processes, workflows, and system controls are consistently followed as per organizational standards.
● Conduct regular audits, reviews, and inspections to verify adherence to defined procedures and operational requirements.
● Perform compliance checks to ensure activities are aligned with company policies, internal controls, and management guidelines.
2) Implementation Verification Tracker (IVT)
● IVT Management: Utilise the Implementation Verification Tracker (IVT) to continuously monitor and track the adherence to implemented processes.
● Deviation Identification: Identify any deviations from the implemented processes using the IVT.
● Corrective Actions: Recommend and implement corrective actions for any deviations identified through the IVT.
3) Reporting:
● Collect and compile Day-end reports (DERs) from across all modules (Purchase, Sales, HR, Accounts, Admin & Production).
● Timely Reporting: Provide regular and timely reports to management on the status of process adherence and any deviations.
● Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents or deviations from the set processes promptly.
● Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all monitoring activities, including audit findings, corrective actions, and process improvements.
4) Liaison with Third Party:
● Assist third-party consultants, auditors, and other external partners.
● Ensure all external parties are well-informed and supported throughout their engagement.
Qualifications:
Education:
MBA from a reputed institution or semi-qualified CA with strong analytical and process-oriented capabilities.
Experience:
Experience in Process Audits and MIS operations preferred
Note: Freshers with strong Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI skills are also welcome.

Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with project management and tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,922.17 - ₹41,868.91 per month
Work Location: In person
