Reporting to: National Head Sales & Marketing
Qualification & Experience: B.E. Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical
Experience : 8-10 years in sales of Machine Tools / Industrial Equipment's
Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PPT). CRM softwares knowledge is added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication & Presentation skill. Experience of handling Sales team and ability to achieve given sales targets.Self motivated, with strong technical aptitude and ability to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales team in the region.
Develop and maintain strong relashionship with customers in region.
Ensure frequent meeting with Key Customers.
Generate New customers and enquiries out of customer's need for manufacturing.
Partnering with the customers and develop long term relationship.
Monitor the market and competition to gain advantage over competition.Identify and forecast new opportunities in the region, well in advance.
Colaborative efforts with service and manufacturing team for customer satisfation.
Represent and be a face of PMT at trade shows and exhibitions
.Discipline in maintaining enquiry and orders data updataion in CRM.Maintain
work balance within the sales team in the region.
Planning and execution for Regional and individual target achievemnt.
Manage regional administartion, Expenses, Outstanding, overdues etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
