Role Summary:-
As a Sales Executive (US IT Sales), you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing US-based clients. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, proposal, and closure while maintaining accurate pipeline records and consistently achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through targeted research.
- Execute outbound campaigns via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage and qualify prospects.
- Understand client requirements in depth and propose suitable IT services, software solutions, and AI-powered products.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos; coordinate with technical teams for tailored client presentations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation through negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update sales pipelines, and produce regular progress reports.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Sales or International Sales.
- Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Solid understanding of IT services, software solutions, and modern technologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Comfortable in working with US Eastern/Pacific time zones.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
