Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated HR fresher with an MBA in HR to join our HR team. You’ll assist in employee engagement, training, HR operations, and policy implementation while learning the ropes of people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and leave management
- Coordinate training programs, employee engagement activities, and feedback
- Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee relations
- Help with HR policy implementation and compliance
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and basic data analysis
- Support HR team in day-to-day operations
- Knowledge in ESI & PF is the added advantage.
Education / Qualification
- MBA in HR / HRM / Industrial Relations
- Fresher (0-1 year experience)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws
- Internship experience in HR
- Knowledge of HRMS software
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR
