Service Manager

Salary : Rs 25000/- To Rs 32500/-
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to lead our workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient workshop management, team leadership, and achievement of service business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high-quality repairs.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and technician utilization.
- Achieve monthly service revenue, labor sales, and spare parts targets.
- Improve customer satisfaction (CSI) by ensuring excellent service experience.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to Bajaj Auto service standards and dealership SOPs.
- Monitor warranty processes, job card quality, and documentation.
- Plan manpower allocation and conduct regular team training.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Minimum 3- 5 + years of experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in a two-wheeler dealership.
- Experience with Bajaj dealership operations will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Customer handling and complaint resolution.
- Workshop planning and operational management.
- Knowledge of DMS, warranty, and service KPIs.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to achieve business and customer satisfaction targets.
