Job Title: BFSI / FSA Trainer
Location: Vagra, Gujarat
Role Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging BFSI Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, with a strong focus on making candidates job-ready and supporting successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training on BFSI domain topics as per curriculum
- Train candidates on banking operations, financial products, insurance basics, and customer handling
- Conduct sessions on employability skills including communication, interview preparation, and workplace readiness
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
- Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and progress
- Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and training records
- Provide mentoring and individual support to trainees
- Conduct mock interviews, assessments, and placement readiness sessions
- Coordinate with placement and industry teams to facilitate candidate placements
- Ensure adherence to training quality standards and program guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in BFSI training or relevant industry experience
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, and insurance products
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools)
- Experience in skill development projects/centers preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
