Job Summary
AI Mentors is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growth team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, managing paid ads, improving SEO, and driving qualified lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to generate target leads.
- SEO Management: Conduct keyword research, execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and track search performance.
- Content & Social Media: Plan and schedule daily content across all major social media platforms to boost brand engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads Manager; deliver actionable weekly insight reports.
- Conversion Optimization: Test and optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to lower CAC and maximize ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console).
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
