The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation accurately.
- Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes, training programs, and employee development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support management in various HR and administrative functions.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
