Position Description:
The Company requires a customer-friendly Customer Care Executive who can handle customer requests and complaints effectively. Applicants with good communication skills and problem-solving skills along with a positive approach towards work would be considered as ideal candidates for the role.
Main Tasks:
Attend customer phone calls in a professional manner.
Answer customer questions through phone calls, emails, or chats.
Solve customer complaints efficiently.
Give accurate product information to customers.
Keep record of customer data in the database.
Communicate customer complaints to concerned departments.
Follow-up with customers.
Achieve predetermined performance targets.
Show a friendly attitude towards customers.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
