We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Support HR and recruitment activities by coordinating interviews and candidate visits.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
