We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium, Python, and Linux environments, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (WebDriver).

Develop automation frameworks using Java and/or Python.

Execute automated test cases and analyze test results.

Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure high-quality releases.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

Work in Linux environments for deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.

Identify bugs, report defects, and track them to closure using defect management tools.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Continuously improve test coverage and optimize automation scripts.

Strong hands-on experience in:

Java and/or Python programming

Selenium WebDriver

Good understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, PyTest, JUnit).

Experience working with Linux/Unix systems (basic commands, scripting).

Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

Understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured is a plus).

Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Behave).

Exposure to performance or security testing tools.

Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
