Job Description:
Own end-to-end strategy andexecution of paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube,Display), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Bing and other platforms.
Manage and optimize large monthly ad budgets to meet performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets.
Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center and product feed health.
Use Google Analytics, GTM, and platform dashboards to track campaign performance, identify insights, and drive optimizations.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, product) to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Run experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign efficiency.
Explore and test new channels like Reddit, Quora, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms.
Prepare and present performance reports and insights to leadership on a regular basis.
