Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Developer – Implementation & Integration Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, automating, and integrating HubSpot CRM solutions for clients across various industries.
You should possess strong development skills, practical experience in CRM implementation, workflow automation, API integrations, and the ability to work directly with clients to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot CRM implementation projects.
- Configure and customize HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations using HubSpot APIs, REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and middleware solutions.
- Build scalable CRM extensions and integration solutions using React.js, Node.js, and PHP Laravel.
- Design and implement workflows, automation sequences, custom properties, dashboards, reports, and lead management processes.
- Perform CRM migrations, data imports, data mapping, and synchronization activities.
- Gather client requirements and provide technical consultation on CRM best practices.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development, QA, marketing, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and implementation guidelines.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple implementation projects.
