Job Summary
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth business operations, high levels of customer service, staff supervision, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments during the shift.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and task allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures as required.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and facilities, reporting maintenance issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate shift updates to management.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or a supervisory role.
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager or Team Leader role is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
