Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator & Back Office Executive to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing data, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth backend processes in a technical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain records of projects, clients, and service reports
Manage data entry for quotations, orders, and client databases
Prepare proposals, invoices, and purchase orders
Coordinate with sales, technical, and service teams
Handle documentation of water treatment systems and compliance
Track order status, dispatch, and installation schedules
Manage vendor and supplier records
Support after-sales service (AMC, complaints, maintenance tracking)
Generate MIS and operational reports
Ensure proper filing and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
1–5 years of experience in back office/admin role (preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in industrial/manufacturing or water treatment sector
Knowledge of ERP or inventory systems
Basic understanding of technical documents
