Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support our growing E-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Order & Delivery Coordination
- Track customer orders and shipment status.
- Coordinate with logistics partners regarding delivery updates and exceptions.
- Follow up on delayed, returned, or undelivered shipments.
- Communicate delivery updates proactively to customers.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Escalate stock availability and order-related issues to the relevant departments.
- Support smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Update customer information and order notes in the system.
- Prepare customer service reports and follow-up logs.
- Assist with other E-commerce operational activities as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Email, and Office applications.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM, and E-commerce platforms.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
