Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Specialist with strong experience in IT services sales, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships in the global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, etc.)
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Sell IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, Custom Software, and AI-based solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored technology solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Actively explore international markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
- Collaborate with technical teams to create impactful proposals and presentations
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports
- Stay updated with industry trends, especially in AI, automation, and digital transformation
Mandatory Requirements:
- 1- 6 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of Web & Mobile App Development lifecycle
- Hands-on exposure to AI-based solutions / services (must-have)
- Experience in international client handling and B2B sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of IT solutions including Custom Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS Platforms, API Development & Integration, Cloud Solutions, UI/UX, and AI/ML-based solutions
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork or direct sales channels
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
