We work with clients across domestic and international markets and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B sales inquiries and customer communication
- Manage leads generated through IndiaMART and Alibaba
- Follow up with domestic and international clients
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing
- Prepare quotations and assist in export sales communication
- Maintain sales records and client databases
Requirements:
- Experience working on IndiaMART is mandatory
- Experience working on Alibaba is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle leads professionally and efficiently
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Export sales experience will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
