Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch activities and smooth functioning
- Monitor trading operations, account opening, and client servicing
- Ensure operational efficiency and branch discipline
2. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch employees
- Assign targets and monitor team performance
- Train staff on financial products, customer handling, and compliance
3. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets
- Acquire new clients for:
- Trading accounts
- Demat accounts
- Mutual funds
- Insurance and investment products
- Increase brokerage revenue and business volume
4. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with high-value and active clients
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations
- Ensure excellent customer service and retention
5. Market & Investment Guidance
- Stay updated on stock market trends and investment opportunities
- Guide clients and team regarding financial products
- Support dealers in trading-related activities
6. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company policies
- Verify KYC and documentation processes
- Maintain branch audit and compliance standards
7. Marketing & Local Business Expansion
- Conduct local marketing and promotional activities
- Develop referral networks and partnerships
- Build relationships with sub-brokers and franchisees
8. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare branch performance and MIS reports
- Coordinate with regional office and management
Monitor branch profitability and target achievement
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
