Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team inGurugram. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hardware sales within the systemintegration industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships withclients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective salesstrategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote hardwareand system integration solutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales data.

Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and industry trends.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in hardware or system integration sales
