Marketplace Listings & Optimization:
Create and manage product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, ensuring SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and high-quality A+ content.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Handle daily order operations (MFN/Easy Ship), plan FBA/FBF shipments, and ensure proper labeling, invoicing, and packaging compliance.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Maintain accurate stock records, track inward/outward movement, and conduct regular physical vs. system inventory reconciliation.
Returns & Claims Handling:
Manage customer returns and RTOs, inspect products, and file claims (SPF/safety) for damaged or lost items.
Performance Monitoring & Sales Growth:
Track account health metrics, run promotions and deals, and generate weekly reports to analyze sales trends and improve SKU performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
