Key Responsibilities
- Operate Machines: Set up and run CNC laser and plasma cutting machines.
- Load Material: Place metal sheets and pipes onto the cutting bed safely.
- Select Programs: Input correct cutting programs and adjust machine parameters.
- Quality Check: Inspect finished parts for dimensions, burrs, and defects.
- Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and minor maintenance of cutting torches and nozzles.
- Safety First: Follow all factory safety protocols and wear protective gear.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years operating CNC laser or plasma machines.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Tools: Experience using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Education: ITI certification or diploma in Mechanical/Production is preferred.
- Locality: Candidates living in or near Baghpat will be prioritized.
