Job Summary
The Delivery Boy will be responsible for delivering flowers, bouquets, and gift items to customers safely and on time. The role requires ensuring proper handling of flower arrangements during transportation and providing courteous service to customers during delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
- Deliver flowers, bouquets, and gift items to customers at the specified location.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of orders.
- Handle flower arrangements carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
- Confirm delivery with the customer and obtain acknowledgment if required.
Order Handling
- Collect orders from the flower showroom or store before delivery.
- Verify delivery address and order details before leaving the store.
- Coordinate with the store team for delivery schedules.
Customer Interaction
- Maintain polite and professional behavior while interacting with customers.
- Assist customers with basic queries during delivery.
Vehicle & Safety
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines during deliveries.
Additional Support
- Assist the store staff with basic tasks if there are no deliveries.
- Support in packing or arranging orders if required.
Required Skills
- Basic communication skills
- Knowledge of local routes and areas
- Ability to handle flower arrangements carefully
- Responsible and punctual
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License\
Experience
- 2–4 years of delivery experience preferred (courier, food delivery, retail delivery etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
