Key Responsibilities
Banking & Treasury
- Manage daily banking operations including fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly fund flow statements to ensure optimum working capital usage.
- Handle treasury operations such as loan repayments, interest calculations, and surplus fund placements.
- Liaise with banks for account opening, KYC updates, and compliance requirements.
Payments & Vendor Management
- Process vendor, employee, and statutory payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain payment trackers and reconcile outstanding payables.
- Ensure documentation and records are audit-ready.
Cash Flow & Reporting
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports related to banking, payments, and treasury for management review.
- Support month-end closure and reconciliations.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and controls across banking and payments.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and provide required documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com (or equivalent commerce/finance qualification) with 4+ years of experience in banking, payments, or treasury.
- Strong working knowledge of banking operations, fund flow, and payment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (Zoho, Tally, or similar).
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory payments preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
