Role Overview
The Marketing Technology Manager will own, manage, and optimize the firm’s marketing technology ecosystem to enhance campaign execution, automation, performance optimization, and lead management. This role acts as the MarTech subject‑matter expert, providing strategic guidance and hands‑on support across platforms such as HubSpot, 6sense, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Data teams to ensure seamless platform integration, scalable workflows, and accurate reporting that drives pipeline, revenue, and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
MarTech Stack Ownership & Optimization
- Optimize usage of the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, analytics, and ABM platforms with CRM integration
- Oversee integrations between HubSpot, 6sense, D365, and other analytics or data tools to ensure data accuracy and flow
- Continuously optimize platform configurations to improve campaign execution, attribution, and performance measurement
Automation, Workflows & Lead Management
- Design, automate, and streamline marketing and sales workflows, including lead capture, scoring, routing, and lifecycle management
- Nurture campaign email automation, ad orchestration, template creation within a MAP
- Develop and maintain lead scoring models, segmentation logic, and nurture programs aligned with go‑to‑market strategies
- Advise stakeholders on demand generation marketing best practices and technology‑enabled campaign execution
Platform Enablement
- Serve as the subject matter expert for platform capability, and point person for vendor client success departments
- Provide hands‑on guidance, training, and documentation to marketing and sales users to maximize tool adoption and impact
- Partner with IT, data, and security teams to ensure compliance, governance, and scalability
Innovation & Technology Evaluation
- Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of new marketing technologies and enhancements
- Stay current with HubSpot, 6sense, CRM, and MarTech ecosystem advancements and best practices
- Lead or support large‑scale deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements
Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Expertise
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, campaign reporting, integrations, and inbound marketing (Marketing Enterprise)
- Strong CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365); Salesforce or similar CRM experience also acceptable
- Hands‑on experience with 6sense or similar ABM platforms is strongly preferred
- Strong technical understanding of API integrations, MCP, data architecture, data management and AI enabled marketing operations
- Workflow automation middleware experience such as Zapier, Make, n8n or similar desired.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues
Experience & Background
- 9–12 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or revenue operations roles
- Advanced understanding of the unified Microsoft ecosystem
- Proven AI literacy for quality, efficiency and productivity
- Proven experience leading enterprise martech environments Strong Project management experience , with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
