We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, NestJS, React, Angular, APIs, and databases, with the ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and NestJS.
- Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and Angular.
- Implement business logic, workflows, integrations, and third-party APIs.
- Optimize application performance, API response time, and database queries.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, or similar security mechanisms.
- Develop reusable, clean, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, back-end developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
- Work with Git and participate in CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Contribute to application architecture, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS.
- Good experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Experience working with SQL databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Good understanding of database design, queries, stored procedures, indexing, and optimization.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.
- Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and software development lifecycle.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Jest, Playwright, or other testing frameworks.
- Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time application development.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
