Job Summary
We are looking for a Thermal Engineer with strong expertise in thermal calculations and heat transfer analysis. The candidate should be capable of performing thermal analysis, heat load estimation, CFD studies, temperature distribution analysis, and preparing technical calculation reports for industrial and process engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thermal calculations and heat transfer analysis.
- Conduct steady-state and transient thermal analysis.
- Perform CFD simulations for airflow and temperature distribution.
- Prepare thermal calculation reports and technical documentation.
- Analyse equipment heat dissipation and cooling requirements.
- Validate thermal performance through engineering calculations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Support project execution with technical inputs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics.
- Thermal Analysis and Engineering Calculations.
- CFD Analysis (ANSYS Fluent / Icepak / STAR-CCM+ or equivalent).
- Thermal Modelling and Simulation.
- Temperature Mapping and Heat Dissipation Analysis.
- Engineering Calculation Reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MS Excel and technical documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
