Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq ft facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.
Your Role
As Purchase & Stores In-Charge at Welnez Hygiene, responsible for managing purchasing and store operations to ensure the timely availability of quality materials while maintaining cost efficiency and optimal inventory levels. The role involves coordinating with vendors and internal departments, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective purchases.
- Handle purchasing documentation, approvals, and invoice verification.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with departments and finance for planning and payments.
- Train and supervise store and purchase staff to maintain SOPs and productivity.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Any stream.
- Proven experience in Purchase & Stores In-Charge.
- 3–5 years of experience in Purchase & Stores management.
- Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
