Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and driven Area Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Gabru Di Chaap outlets in a designated region. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing QSR operations, a deep understanding of food service standards, and the ability to lead and coach store teams to deliver consistent performance. Key Responsibilities: ● Multi-Store Oversight: Supervise and support 4–8 outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, adherence to SOPs, and operational efficiency. ● Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and crew to meet operational and customer service goals. ● Quality Control: Ensure food preparation, taste, hygiene, and service quality standards are consistently maintained across all outlets. ● SOP Implementation: Drive standardization in kitchen and FOH processes including food prep, service, cleanliness, inventory, and safety protocols. ● Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback, resolve escalations, and implement strategies to improve the customer experience. ● Inventory & Cost Management: Ensure proper stock management, minimize wastage, and keep COGS and operational expenses within budget. ● Reporting & Audits: Conduct regular audits, generate performance reports, and take corrective actions based on key KPIs. ● New Store Support: Assist in launching new stores – hiring, training, store setup, and trial runs. Qualifications & Experience: ● 4–7 years of QSR or food service operations experience; minimum 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role. ● Deep understanding of kitchen workflows, service models, and QSR operational benchmarks. ● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. ● Familiarity with POS, inventory, and delivery tech tools. ● Willingness to travel within assigned region and be on-ground as required.
