UK, and India. Our core service areas include Product Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering,
and Agentic AI.
If you want to understand how top tech talent is found, assessed, and hired, this internship puts you at the
center of it. You will not be observing from the sidelines. From sourcing engineers on different platforms to
coordinating interviews and tracking pipeline metrics, you will be an active contributor to building the team
that builds great software. It is one of the fastest ways to develop a feel for both technology and people.
What you will work on
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

Research and identify potential candidates for technical roles using AI tools, LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms

Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for roles across software engineering, data, cloud, and AI

Draft and send outreach messages that are personalized, compelling, and reflect Wishtree's employer brand
Screening & Coordination

Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate interest, availability, and basic technical and communication fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience on both sides

Follow up with candidates throughout the process to keep them engaged and informed
Recruitment Operations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Assist in preparing job descriptions and other hiring collateral
Employer Branding & Research

Assist in identifying talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, recruitment marketing trends

Help the team improve how Wishtree is perceived as an employer through thoughtful candidate communication
Who we are looking for

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field

Genuinely curious about technology. You do not need to write code, but you should be comfortable reading a JD for a Python developer and understanding what it means

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reaching out to professionals you have never met

Self-motivated and resilient - recruitment involves follow-ups and rejections, and you take both in stride

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously

Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus; hands-on experience with an ATS is an added advantage
