1. Always greet the customer in a Warm and friendly manner.
2. Listen carefulJy to the customer and understand his/her needs for a car.
3. Explain about NEXA and Arena products, features and benefits to custon1ers patiently.
4. Never rush through the proceedings or try and force to sell car to the customer.
5. Pre Sales : Lead generation I Referrals/ Offering Test Drives to customers
6. Sales : Cars/ Accessories/ Exchange I Finance I Insurance I Loyalty Card
7. Post Sales : Delivery I Service
8. Understands Customer's requirement for finance & Guides Customer on options/ documentation
based on his profile.
9. Keeping track of Customer's car related requirements & keeping him posted with
regular updates Responsible for Customer Satisfaction & long tenn relationship building
10. Maintain honesty and integrity in dealing with the customer by providing accurate
infom1ation regarding cost, quality and specifications of the car.
11. Win the confidence and establish a rapport for a long-term relationship with the
customer.
12. Wear proper, neat and clean uniform.
13. Handover the visiting card to customer.
14. Maintain track record ofRC transfer to buyer.
15. Any other duties assigned by Section Head .
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
