Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Develop new business opportunities by identifying and onboarding new retail clients, bakeries, cafes, and restaurant chains.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Order Management: Take orders accurately, manage delivery schedules, and coordinate with the billing and dispatch team.
- Product Placement & Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, rotated (FIFO method - First In, First Out), and available in all assigned outlets.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to management.
- Payment Collection: Support the accounting team by ensuring timely collection of payments/debts from clients.
- New Product Launch: Promote and distribute new product launches within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
