Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas while ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Refill minibar items and room supplies as required.
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and safety hazards.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned and ready within the required timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and public spaces.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Associate in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or luxury residences.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹28,307.11 - ₹32,314.36 per month
