We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our growth in the real estate sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value property deals, building strong channel partner networks, and executing successful marketing strategies.
key responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for our residential/commercial projects.
- Marketing & Brand Management: Plan and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, local advertising, property expos, and lead-generation activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Directly handle high-value clients (HNIs), corporate buyers, and complex negotiations to close key deals.
- Channel Partner Network: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners to maximize sales outreach.
- CRM Management: Maintain flawless data hygiene on CRM platforms, tracking pipeline health, follow-up schedules, and accurately forecasting monthly sales targets.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core sales experience in the Real Estate sector (experience in premium residential or commercial projects in Tier-2 markets is a major plus).
Communication Skills: Exceptional command of Hindi and English. You should be a natural storyteller who can blend wit with high professionalism.
Closing Prowess: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.
Local Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Bhilai, Durg, and Raipur real estate landscape, property values, and buyer psychology.
Personality: A trustworthy, empathetic professional who prioritises customer satisfaction over a transaction-heavy approach.
