Role Overview
Shelly Jewels is looking for a Social Media Manager / Digital Strategist who can drive our digital presence across social platforms while managing performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media growth, content creation, paid advertising, SEO optimization, and digital performance analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing
● Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
● Plan and manage the social media content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.
● Build and grow the brand’s online community and engagement.
Content Creation
● Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual content including product images, reels, and short-form videos.
● Work with creative teams to ensure content reflects the Shelly Jewels brand aesthetic and storytelling.
● Stay updated with social media trends to create engaging content formats.
Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)
● Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
● Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI and conversions.
● Manage budgets and test new audience targeting strategies.
Digital Strategy
● Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
● Identify opportunities for campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track and analyze social media and advertising performance metrics.
● Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
● Use data to optimize campaigns and improve engagement and conversion rates.
SEO Optimization
● Implement SEO best practices for website content and product pages.
● Optimize digital content for search visibility and organic traffic growth.
● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Required Skills
● Strong understanding of social media marketing and platform algorithms
● Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
● Skills in content creation (video, reels, product photography, graphics)
● Knowledge of digital marketing strategy and campaign planning
● Ability to analyze performance data and create actionable insights
● Understanding of SEO and search optimization
Preferred Qualifications
● 2–5 years experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
● Experience working with e-commerce or jewelry/fashion brands
● Familiarity with analytics tools, ad managers, and SEO tools
