Position: Marketing Specialist

Ira Water is a professional services company specializing in water conservation services for industries and institutions. We provide comprehensive solutions including system design and turnkey implementations of Rainwater Harvesting, Water Body Creation, Flood Mitigation, Groundwater Recharge, Water Instrumentation, and Industry Compliances.
We are looking for a driven Marketing Specialist who can build and run result-oriented marketing campaigns to support our Sales growth. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking and hands-on execution. The right candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable taking ownership from planning to execution while driving measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Strong content writing, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, keyword research, audience research and digital campaigns.
- Ability to create and manage content across LinkedIn, blogs, email and video.
- Experience with CRM, lead nurturing and marketing analytics.
- Comfortable with Canva, MS Office, ChatGPT/AI tools and digital marketing platforms.
- HubSpot, Google Analytics and Google Ads experience/certifications preferred.
- Self-driven, hands-on and execution-oriented.
