Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and employer branding. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening rounds.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HR Operations
Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, documentation, and HR reporting activities.
Ensure accurate and organized HR data management.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Support team-building initiatives and workplace culture programs.
Coordinate internal communication activities.
Employer Branding
Assist in managing recruitment campaigns.
Support LinkedIn hiring activities and employer branding initiatives.
Help create and schedule content related to company culture and career opportunities.
Required Skill
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Must be available for a full-time, 6-month internship.
