Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants.
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally.
Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
Manage billing-related documentation and payment receipts.
Ensure smooth front desk operations and patient satisfaction.
Handle emergency situations calmly and direct patients appropriately.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Hospital Software).
Strong customer service and patient handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
