- Download complaint reports and upload them to the Customer Care shared folder.
- Segregate complaint reports as per the Customer Care CRM system.
- Update service reports in SAP and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team for Work-in- Progress (WIP) and closure of service calls.
- Follow up with the CRM team for pending service reports.
- Monitor daily service schedules and ensure timely receipt of reports.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department (OPD) for reports not received as per schedule.
- Verify that Call IDs are generated in the CRM system and follow up wherever required.
- Maintain and monitor pending report status, including reports pending for submission and closure.
- Prepare periodic reports on pending service reports and coordinate with the concerned stakeholders for timely completion.
Qualification: HSC, Any Graduate.
